Collection Notification
Please contact us immediately toll-free at 800 900 139 regarding your performed umbilical cord blood collection. This line is open during the week, on weekends and state holidays from 7:00am to 8:00pm. Outside of these hours, you can leave a message on our answering service and a coordinator will get back to you on the next working day to inform you about the transportation of the collected umbilical cord blood to the tissue bank. The message you leave should contain the following: name of mother, date of baby’s birth and name of hospital, and the name of the caller (telephone number).
