• no other company will allow you to decide to get a transplant based only on the results from umbilical cord blood processing,
• we guarantee that you pay nothing if you decide for any reason to reject the transplant (within 14 days after sending the processing results of umbilical cord blood the contract can be terminated free of charge),
• we are the only organization to reduce the price for already prepared transplants based on the results from umbilical cord blood to 1, - CZK (low number of nuclear stem cells, lower test weight of the patient), even though our processing, testing and storage of the transplant was competently and correctly executed,
• we do not ask for storage fees in advance for decades to come. You can choose to store your child's transplant for any length of time and with the annual storage fee,
• we provide a guarantee of quality, safety and quality of processed transplants, based on all the obtained permits and registrations for this business.

The price for the storage of the cryo-conserved transplant from umbilical cord blood (annual storage fee) includes expenses for the storage and the use of service areas, their security, quality control of the long-term storage procedures, material for a long-term storage (special storage containers and liquid nitrogen, which is constantly refiled), performance of staff ensuring the administration and storage procedures control, secure and monitoring system (storage, personal data protection), hygiene and the maintenance of the premises (desinfection, sterilization).

The fee is paid every year for the storage of the transplant. Until the legal age of the child, which the umbilical cord blood was collected from, the length of storage solely depends on you. Then the child as the owner of the transplant decides how to dispose of it. The invoice for the annual storage fee is sent to you every year in the month in which you received the Results of umbilical cord blood. Please, we encourage you to inform us - if there is any change of name or address – respectively immediately in writing or via telephone about all of these changes. Thank you!

Dear clients, based on your frequent telephone calls on how to pay service and storage fees, please follow the instructions below. We would like to avoid any inconsistencies and minimize the number of cases where we have failed to pair off and properly identify your payments. These irregularities in most cases are casused by using incorrect identification codes (variable symbol, specific codes).

If you are our new customer you will receive via regular mail Results from umbilical cord blood processing and two invoices:

• Invoice for the comprehensive service associated with the preparation of the transplant (standing charge).
• Invoice for the storage of the prepared transplant in the goven year (the portion of the annual storage fee).

Please do not pay the invoices before you have received them in order to make the payment under the correct identification codes (variable and specific codes). Please do not pay the annual storage feen payments in the following years before you received the invoice, which will be sent to you every year in the month when you received the Results from umbilical cord blood processing, namely under the correct identification codes. If for some reason you did not received the invoice or you used incorrect identification codes, please contact us an email to zeptejse@cordcenter.cz. In case you pay the invoice under the incorrect indentification codes, complications occur and the payment is not properly identified and credited to the particular client!

As of January 1^st, 2010, the invoices for the annual storage fee have the year of the Certificate issuance placed next to the contract number and the billing year for the easier indentification. This data is used to primarly identifiy payments of clients with a multiple transplant collection.

We reserve the privilege to change the indentification codes if there is a change in our payment record system. You will be promptly notified about these changes!

In case your payment came in the required amount and on time, we do not contact you further. We will contact you provided that your payment is overdue and it was not properly assigned to our account. Alternatively, in cases where you clearly make a payment, but do not complete, or mistakenly change some of the identification codes and thus no payment is assigned to the client’s credit. At this time, we will contact the client and examine the circumstances under which the payment was not sent. You will be asked to submit the proof of payment (a bank statement). The photocopy of the bank statement is sufficient proof. The bank statement or its photocopy can be sent by regular mail to (Cord Blood Center CZ, s.r.o., Cihlářská 643/19, 602 00 Brno), or via fax at +420 532 191 594. Alternatively, you can also send the electronic bank statement to zeptejse(zavinac)cordcenter.cz. This email can be also used for the control of your sent payments.

Clients who had their umbilical cord blood processed by our partner tissue registry Eurocord-Slovakia they have to state the payments on invoices in Czech Koruna (CZK) or in Euros (EUR). The amount in EUR is stated here because these services are executed and accounted by a Slovak company, CBC CZ only mediates the issuance of these tax receipts. However, we ask you kindly to pay the amount in CZK, primarily to the Czech account opened at the Česká spořitelna!

If the amount you pay is from abroad, please transfer a payment that is equal to the amount on the invoice in CZK after the conversion according to the current exchange rate. The payment you make will need the identification data of our bank, i.e. IBAN Number and SWIFT code:
